Step 1
Print a copy of the Farm Management Deposit Application form. Once completed please sign the form.
Step 2
Under the Financial Transactions Reports Act 1988, every FMD account owner (and applicant if trustee for the account owner) must be identified. If you do not have a current (open) Elders Rural Bank account with us or have not been previously identified, you will need visit your local branch and provide 100 points of identification. For an example of what documents can be used to provide 100 points please refer to the application form.
Step 3
If you have a current FMD with another financial institution please print and sign the FMD Transfer Request Form. Once your account has been opened you will need to provide this form to the financial institution where your existing FMD account is held.
Please note: Funds cannot be invested as an FMD with ERB until your existing FMD has been transferred.
Step 4
If you have been previously identified and have a current (open) account with Elders Rural Bank, you can forward your application and any relevant attachments to:
