How do I order a Elders Rural Bank security token?
If you are a registered Elders Rural Bank Internet Banking user and you have also registered to use Pay Anyone you have the ability to order a security token now. Once you have logged into Internet Banking, click on the ‘Customer Services’ tab and select ‘Security Options’. The Security Token order page will then appear. If the option to order a security token does not appear, or if you have not registered to use Internet Banking or Pay Anyone, please call our Internet and Phone Banking Support Services team on 1300 651 839.
How do I reduce my daily Pay Anyone limit via Internet Banking?
Once you are logged into Internet Banking, choose the 'Daily limits' option from the 'Payments' menu. Under the 'Reduce Daily Limits' function you can reduce your limit.
Please note: You cannot increase your limit via Internet Banking. You will need to contact Internet and Phone Banking Support Services on 1300 651 839 to increase your limit. To increase a limit in excess of $5,000 you will need to purchase a security token and place your request in writing. Please contact your local branch or the Customer Service Centre on 1300 660 115 for more information.
How do I apply for Internet Banking?
Before you are able to access Elders Rural Bank's Internet Banking, you must first register via Elders Rural Bank Internet and Phone Banking Support Service on 1300 651 839.
How do I view my end of financial year interest via Internet Banking?
If you are a registered user of Internet Banking you can view your end of financial year interest details with Internet Banking.
Simply logon as per usual, select 'Account history' from the 'Accounts' menu option and click on the red 'Interest & Charges' tab.

How do I change my Internet Banking access PIN?
You can change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) by accessing the 'Customer Services' menu item and selecting the 'Change my PIN' option.
How do I activate my security token?
Once you have received your new security token you must activate it in order to access certain services (such as a daily Pay Anyone limit greater than $5,000).
To activate your security token log in to Internet Banking, select the 'Customer Services' tab and then select 'Security Options'. You will now be able to access the 'Activate Token' page. On the 'Activate Token' page select which services you want to protect (Logon, Pay Anyone etc), enter the 'authentication key' generated by your security token and select 'Activate'.
You will now need to use the security token each time you use a service that you chose to protect.
